I had spent a few months researching solar panels and solar batteries before i worked out what was best for my personal situation. I had requested a few quotes and it was only Hawkesbury solar who did not try to sell me anything, I did not want. They listened and agreed with the decisions I made and the advise they gave was based on my situation not on what made them more money. On the day of installation, they were super professional, cleaned up after themselves and installed the battery in a better position to where I thought it would go. Throughout the whole process they explained what was happening and why. They walked me through the app and never once made me feel stupid if I did not understand something.

Seamless experience, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful, installation was smooth and cost was reasonable.

I engaged Hawkesbury Solar to lift and replace Solar panels to determine if a water leak was under panels. The 2nd time was to remove panels and later re-install panels with an increase to the system of 2.2kw after the new roof was completed. Both times I was impressed with Nicole (office manager) who provided quotes and exceptional service throughout. Each quote was within my expectations and nothing was too much for Nicole. Both times the work was done in a timely manner with installers being both friendly and efficient, they answered any questions I had, arrived on time and completed the installation within a day. At times there has been a perception that solar companies take advantage of consumers lack of knowledge in relation to solar and either rip them off, or take quick profits then shut down to minimise having to support warranty claims. Through my contact with Hawkesbury Solar I had no fears of this being the case and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any Solar work to be undertaken. After a long and confusing investigation into many solar system installers, we decided to call Hawkesbury Solar for a quote. After the first phone call with Nicole,we were sure they were the right people for us. We had batteries and inverters installed in 2 houses. Jerry and his team were fantastic tradesmen. Their work was faultless. They tidied as they went and left the property exactly how they found it. The solar and battery market can be difficult to navigate as there are lots of sharks in the water. Jerry and the team at Hawkesbury Solar are not sharks and do a fantastic job. Jerry actually visited the site as it’s somewhat special. This has been a serious hurdle when we looked at solar in the past. Jerry suggested putting all the panels on our shed and the gateway halfway up the driveway where the mains junction is. Others had suggested splitting the system between the shed and house and some suggested just installing on the house. As soon as Jerry suggested putting everything on and in the shed I was convinced that he knew what he was on about with regard to solar and battery solutions. Thanks again guys. The system is working great and was tested today when the grid went down after a storm. Seamless power.
