Our Installs

Hawkesbury solar recently installed our solar panels and battery and we are so happy! They were very professional from beginning to end, prompt in communications and install and cleaned up after themselves when the install was done. They then have provided fantastic after sales service and support, answering all our questions and giving lots of information both over the phone and in writing. We would highly recommend Hawkesbury solar for your solar installation ☺️

Jerry installed my solar and new batteries last week and I could not be happier with the service. I wanted a 6kw solar system added to my current system and some extra batteries. Quote was given which I was very happy about and when installation was actually occurring Jerry mentioned there was an option regarding my rebate. I had agreed to the original price but he gave me the option of a $3000 refund OR additional battery storage for the same price as the rebate would cover it. He didn’t have to do that. I had agreed to the original quote but this is a clear reason to use local, family owned businesses that go above and beyond for their customers. Many other companies like the 100’s I was targeted with texting and calling for solar upgrades would not have done what Jerry did. I’ll never go anywhere else for my solar but Jerry and Hawkesbury solar

I found that one string of my solar panels was not working. Although not installed by Hawkesbury Solar, they were able to investigate the cause, promptly attend and replace a failed connection. Once again excellent and friendly service from Jerry and his team.

Couldn't be happier with Hawkesbury Solar. From the first phone call through to the finished install they were excellent, and the system is performing perfectly. I've had mates who had horrible experiences with their solar installs and systems that didn’t work properly for months, so I was really careful about who I went with and what products I put in. Nicole spent a lot of time on the phone going through my options and how the installation would actually work. No hard sell, no pushing, which I really appreciated considering what a lot of other solar companies are like. Jerry then sealed the deal with an onsite pre-installation inspection which is another point of difference, and again very much appreciated. They back their products and only put forward gear that's genuinely good. The Aiko 490W panels and the Sigenergy battery are performing great, and the Sigenergy app is a breeze to use so I highly recommend it. I went with more solar and battery storage than I really needed and I'm glad I did so I can get more out of a VPP selling my excess power to the grid. I highly recommend going larger than you currently need based off your bills considering the likelihood of having an electric vehicle at home soon. Plus it’s nice to be able to be a bit loose with heating and cooling and not caring so much. I wouldn't even bother looking at anyone else. Hawkesbury Solar are the way to go. They did my dads place a few days before mine and that went just as well.

Prompt, professional and friendly service in all aspects. Nicole is knowledgeable and efficient. She adapted work schedule to suit mine. Connor is so pleasant, very respectful and helpful with my questions . Very happy with the service and the reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Professional installation. Courteous and prompt service.

Great company! Installed a used Tesla powerwall 2 and setup with no issues! Then again went out of there way to get me another used powerwall 2 to add extra battery storage! So impressed thank you and Highly recommended for your solar needs.

Excellent service from first call to office and the installation process, all within a few weeks. Great work!

I would thoroughly recommend Hawkesbury solar for their service and being available when ever needed

Good fast reply to initial inquiry. Nicole kept us informed during each phase. Accurate with install times. Clean job site left.

Highly recommend Hawkesbury Solar! From the initial consultation through to installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and completed the job to a very high standard. The whole process was seamless, and we’re already seeing the benefits of our new solar system. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service and workmanship!

I had spent a few months researching solar panels and solar batteries before i worked out what was best for my personal situation. I had requested a few quotes and it was only Hawkesbury solar who did not try to sell me anything, I did not want. They listened and agreed with the decisions I made and the advise they gave was based on my situation not on what made them more money. On the day of installation, they were super professional, cleaned up after themselves and installed the battery in a better position to where I thought it would go. Throughout the whole process they explained what was happening and why. They walked me through the app and never once made me feel stupid if I did not understand something.

Seamless experience, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful, installation was smooth and cost was reasonable.

I recently had a solar and battery system installed by these guys, I highly recommend them, the quickest turn around, the neatest installation and the after sales service is second to none.

They installed the system quickly and it began operating immediately. The whole team are excellent. I will have them upgrade an older system later in the year to optimise all panels with my 16Kw battery

Jerry and his team did a great job installing my solar panels.Very Happy.

I engaged Hawkesbury Solar to lift and replace Solar panels to determine if a water leak was under panels. The 2nd time was to remove panels and later re-install panels with an increase to the system of 2.2kw after the new roof was completed. Both times I was impressed with Nicole (office manager) who provided quotes and exceptional service throughout. Each quote was within my expectations and nothing was too much for Nicole. Both times the work was done in a timely manner with installers being both friendly and efficient, they answered any questions I had, arrived on time and completed the installation within a day. At times there has been a perception that solar companies take advantage of consumers lack of knowledge in relation to solar and either rip them off, or take quick profits then shut down to minimise having to support warranty claims. Through my contact with Hawkesbury Solar I had no fears of this being the case and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any Solar work to be undertaken. I can be contacted if required to confirm this recommendation.

From beginning to end, Nicole professionally coordinated everything and communicated patiently to keep things moving smoothly. Our inverter issue has finally been resolved, and we truly appreciate the professionalism and teamwork throughout the process. Great team and great service.👍

We installed our system and battery in April. Only regret is I should have listened to Nicole to put in more battery! Great work from Nicole and Jerry and team. Highly recommend.

After a long and confusing investigation into many solar system installers, we decided to call Hawkesbury Solar for a quote. After the first phone call with Nicole,we were sure they were the right people for us. We had batteries and inverters installed in 2 houses. Jerry and his team were fantastic tradesmen. Their work was faultless. They tidied as they went and left the property exactly how they found it. Jerry was so patient, answering all our questions and walking us through the equipment and app, ensuring we knew how everything worked. Nicole in admin was and still is absolutely amazing, she attended to everything behind the scenes, liaising with companies re equipment and parts, she ensured all our paper work was completed and lodged correctly. Nicole is always available by phone or email for support as needed. Their customer service is absolutely second to none. We cannot recommend Hawkesbury Solar highly enough. To anyone considering having a solar system installed, ring Hawkesbury Solar.

Cannot speak highly enough of Jerry and Nicole from Hawkesbury solar. Very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. The system itself is amazing. Very happy. I highly recommend this company for your solar and battery needs.

Great Team. The install went smoothly, couldn’t be happier. Installation team were very helpful and ensured the site was left clean and tidy. Answered all my questions. Had a scheduled outage a few days after installation and blackout protection worked seamless. Very happy customers.

The team at Hawkesbury Solar have been amazing to deal with from designing my new array, decommissioning my old system to completion of my new system. Their product knowledge, regular communication, and workmanship are second to none!
